HOW DO I BUY AN ORIGINAL?

I update my shop on a regular basis and often release new work first through my mailing list. Be sure to sign up for my newsletter to be the first to know about pre-releases, sales, etc. You can also follow me on Instagram @karenjcovey.

DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?

I do offer framing on some of my collections, but not all. For my favorite ways to frame piece, download my FREE framing guide.

SHIPPING

All orders are handled with the utmost care and packed as safely as possible. I pack all artwork as safely as possible to ensure that it arrives to you perfectly. Artwork will ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and include tracking and insurance. For international orders, pease send an email to: kjcovey@me.com.

RETURNS

All sales are final unless damaged during shipping. If you're concerned about color, please email me for additional photos of the artwork. I always do my best to represent the work in its truest form but sometimes computer screens vary and I want you to be absolutely happy and free of any doubt before you purchase.

DAMAGED: I am not liable for any mishandling by the shipping service, and I am not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. If your artwork is damaged in transit I am happy to handle this on a case by case basis.

NOT DELIVERED/LOST/STOLEN: If your package is marked “delivered” and yet is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. I am unable to replace any order for free if the shipping address is incorrect. This does happen occasionally, and it is not uncommon to have the package returned to the studio. If that is the case, I am more than happy to forward it to your correct address, though I ask that you pay for the postage. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service directly to resolve it.

RIGHTS TO IMAGES

I retain all rights to all artwork I create and is the sole property of Karen J. Covey and is held under copyright. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork (this is in addition to purchasing the original). Some collectors chose to purchase my right to reproduce the artwork to ensure it will never become a print. I am totally happy to discuss that with you if you would like. The collector can not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media, I only ask for credit. The images, artwork, and contents of this website may not be copied, collected, or used for personal or professional gain without the written permission from Karen J. Covey.
